Family had an opportunity to visit last week - my ancestors came from Borrisoleigh… Peter Ryan and Cathryn (Kitty) Glascow… son William (oldest) baptized at Borrisoleigh parish in 1829, emigrated to US in 1846… other children were Sylvester, Mary, Anne, Patrick, and Edmund between 1831 and 1846. William had 10 children in the US - now descendants across more than a dozen States. Visited the (new) Church, town… old Glenkeen graveyard (didn’t find them)… would love a connection if any of this sounds familiar…
