Borris-Ileigh GAA Notes

Borris-Ileigh GAA crest

Congratulations: On behalf of all in our GAA club we would like to massively congratulate everyone involved with the Tipperary teams who were victorious in the senior and minor All Ireland Finals on Sunday. We are so proud of our own representatives Brendan,Dan, Paddy, Jerry, Conor and Mick and it was clear to see what it meant to everyone as the team arrived back into Borris on Monday evening. Here’s hoping 2017 can be as good.

Senior: We await an official fixture for our last 16 match but are still due to play on the weekend of the 24th. Well done to the 7 a side team who got to the quarter final and only narrowly lost to Upperchurch.

Minors: Our minor team take on Roscrea Wednesday night in Toome at 6.30. Best of luck lads.
