Borrisoleigh was the venue for the Tipperary Under 14s matches against Kilkenny. Here we were represented by Abi Kelly and Grace Stapleton.

The Under 13 development squad was also back in training and here we had Lucy Rabbitte, Tara Fitzgerald, Ava Fanning and Amy Maher while Christine Ryan is part of the management team.

Walk on Wednesday

Every Wednesday the children have the opportunity to walk to school with their friends under the supervision of staff members.  We have two meeting points.  One at the park and the other at the square.  This event is organized by our Green School Committee.  This initiative helps the environment while looking after the well being of students.

5th Class Projects

To mark International Women’s Day our 5th class pupils created projects about women in sport.  Pictures of the projects and their creators were put up on our twitter account.  There was great excitement when Olympian and gold medal winner Kelly Harrington responded to our tweet.  Well done 5th class.
