PADRE PIO PILGRIMAGE: We are happy to announce that devotees of St. Pio will be welcomed back to Holycross after an absence of three years due to Covid 19. On Sunday 29th May, ceremonies will begin at 1.30pm with the Rosary followed by Stations of the Cross, Sacrament of the Sick and concelebrated Mass at 3pm. All are welcome to come and pray.

Borris-Ileigh Camogie Club Notes
Under 12’s:
It was a mixed week in terms of results for our Under 12’s in the opening rounds of the Championship.
Our maroon team were is superb form when defeating Drom-Inch at home while our White team were defeated by Toomevara in their opening encounter.
This week the Whites take on Burgess on Wednesday (tonight) in Borrisoleigh at 7pm while our Maroons are due to play St Cronan’s Roscrea (check our Facebook page for fixtures details).
Under 14s:
Our Under 14s face Drom-Inch in Borrisoleigh tomorrow (Thursday) night at 7pm in the fifth round of the Championship.
Tipperary Duty:
The Tipperary Seniors kickstart their quest for All Ireland glory on Saturday next when they take on Clare at the County Camogie Grounds in the Ragg at 5pm.
The very best of luck to Julieanne Bourke, Nicole Walsh and Denis Kelly (coach).
Well done to all our players who were on county duty last week. Alesha Fanning was part of the Under 16 B team that defeated Limerick and drew with Galway in Dolla while Abi Kelly and Grace Stapleton were with the Under 14 teams that were in action in Ennis. Therese Groome and Eve Maher were part of the Tipperary Under 15 team that played Galway in Borrisoleigh on Saturday morning.
